KindAll Yoga was created from a deep love for movement, body awareness, and connection. Founded by Kindall Lyon, KindAll Yoga blends intentional movement, breath, strength, and mindfulness into approachable practices designed to help you feel more at home in your body.
With a background in Exercise Science, years of teaching experience, and a lifelong connection to movement as a former collegiate athlete, Kindall’s teaching style focuses on intelligent alignment, fluid movement, and creating space for students to move with both strength and softness.
Whether you’re stepping onto your mat for the first time or deepening an existing practice, KindAll Yoga is a space to reconnect, slow down, build confidence, and share kindness to all.
